WHO ARE 'WE'?
NikaTime is a product developed and operated by Impossible Labs. When we refer to ‘we’ (or ‘our’ or ‘us’), that means Impossible Labs Limited, registered in the UK as company number 05378095. Our headquarters are in the UK, but we operate and have offices in Europe and the USA.
For European Union data protection purposes, Impossible Labs Limited acts as a controller in relation to your personal data. In respect to any data transferred to third-party service providers, the businesses providing the services act as data processors. Address details for all Impossible Labs offices are available on our Contact us page (https://www.impossible.com/contact-us). The full list of third-party services used is listed below.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Basic Information
When you add NikaTime to your team, the platform hosting your team provides us an authentication token as well as information about your team and its members.
We store basic information such as your username, team ID, and user ID.
Whenever we need your personal data (typically, when displaying a list of members in your team with first name, last name, and profile picture), we use the authentication token to request your information. However, we request this data at runtime (for instance, when you access your team's report page) and keep it in memory for the duration of your session.
We do not store any personal data in any database.
All this information may be visible on our website by the members of your team but not anyone else.
We also use Google Analytics to help us analyze how our users use our websites and services. You can find out more about this service and how Google uses your data at https://www.google.com/analytics and https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Payment Information
We use Stripe for handling payments and Chargebee for managing the subscriptions. In order to use NikaTime's paid accounts, a member of the team must enter personal data such as email, credit card details, company name, and VAT number. That data is transferred directly to Stripe and Chargebee and is not stored by us. You can read more about their Privacy Policy here:

Chargebee: https://www.chargebee.com/privacy/
