Questions you might have
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days. No credit card required. Your team gets full access to every feature so you can see how NikaTime works in practice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and it will not renew.
What counts as a user?
Any active member on your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. You’re only billed per active user. If someone leaves your workspace, toggle them off and you’ll stop paying for that seat immediately — changes are reflected on your next invoice.
Do you offer volume or non-profit discounts?
Yes. We offer volume and non-profit discounts. Learn more about our non-profits program or reach out to discuss volume pricing.
How does the 50% less claim work?
Harvest charges $10.80/user/month and Toggl charges $9/user/month for their base plans. At $4.99/month (or $3.99/year), NikaTime is less than half the price with all features included.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and wire transfers. Wire transfers are available for invoices of $500 or more. All wire transfer bank fees are the customer's responsibility.
Can I pay by wire transfer?
Yes, for amounts of $500 or more. Once your subscription is confirmed, we'll send you an invoice with our bank details. Payment is due within 30 days. Please note that any bank fees associated with the transfer are your responsibility.
